Despite being aware that Jessie-May was expecting a child, Jasmine nonetheless attacked the woman.
Jessie-May begged her attacker to stop punching and kicking her, but the woman refused.
Jasmine was caught, brought to court, and given a one-year prison term. Jasmine has already been prosecuted for violating the law.
She had previously been admitted for a number of offenses, including battery, assault, making a defiant threat, and possessing a sharp object.
Jessie-May awoke in the hospital after the beating with severe stomach aches.
Her worst worries that she had miscarried the baby were verified by the physicians. Jessie-May acknowledged that she was unable to pinpoint the exact reason for the miscarriage.
She was, however, very clear that the assault was the main offender.
When Jessie-May was attacked by Jasmine, she was around three months pregnant.

After having Jessie-May fill out a statement, the police returned her to her house. Even though Jessie-May was in tremendous pain, she didn’t go to the hospital right away.
She was perplexed and still reeling from the attack. The pain was unbearable the following morning. She made a hasty trip to the hospital to get help.
Jessie-May received medical attention for her wounds, but she came away in even more misery.
She found out that her infant had perished in the attack. The sex of the child was not even revealed to her.
