It is so sad that a lot of people still mistake child abuse and brutality for discipline. Upon investigations the South African Police Service has made an arrest after a two year old boy was assaulted and left with injuries to his face and an open wound and bruises around the eyes inflicted with an unknown object. The mother of the child noticed the injuries upon her return and took the victim to the hospital, where the doctor called the police to report the case.
