Segun Sowunm
Segun Sowunmi, an Evangelist and politician commend Governor Dapo Abiodun of Ogun State for lifting the COVID-19 enforced lockdown in religion centres and other gatherings in the state.
Sowunmi made the comment while ministering during the first Church service since the state government lifted lockdown on religious centre on Friday.
The minister was at the GOD WITH US PRAYER MINISTRY, Aiyetoro Road, Ogun Radio, Abeokuta, Ogun State today to minister to the congregation.
During the ministration, Sowunmi urges Ogun State people to continue to obey the directives put in place by the State Government in its bid to stop the spread of the virus further.

The Abeokuta-born evangelist turned-politician also charged the people to respect leaders in position of authority as the Holy Bible back it using the scripture from the book of Romans 13: 1-2;
“Everyone must submit himself to the governing authorities, for there is no authority except that which God has established. The authorities that exist have been established by God.
Consequently, he who rebels against the authority is rebelling against what God has instituted, and those who do so will bring judgment on themselves” says Sowunmi.
After the day ministration,the Founder of the White Garment Affairs alongside the host pastor, Prophet Mathew Olajire also had a joint prayer session for the residents of Ogun State and Nigeria at large against the COVID19 pandemic that has claimed close to a thousand lives in Nigeria since the outbreak.
The ministers also prayed for the success of the Dapo Abiodun’s led administration as he is returning dividends of Democracy back to the people.
Segun Sowunmi, who is one of the APC leaders in Abeokuta North Local Government commends the state governor for his latest, balanced and fair appointment into boards, commissions and ministries in the state.
